do i have to write model for candence monte carlo analysis?? as there is no statistical description in foundry file

You're going to have to supply some more information before anyone can answer you.

Are you using cadence?
which process/foundry?
etc.

yes, it is cadence. and i am using tsmc mix signal .35

yes you have to write the statistical model but try to find it first because there is no meaning to have the kit without it is statistical model
