triggering a thrystor with microcontroller

I need a program for 8051 microcontroller to trigger a thyristor(phase controlled). Please someone help me..

triggering thrystor with microcontroller

use int0 for main 50hz zero switching.
And timer0 for 20ms compare pulse.

and don't forget to use a driver between the uC and the thyristor because probably the uC will not give enough current to the thyristor's gate.
