can any body tell which is the best book for coms design fudamentals

"CMOS Circuit Design Layout and Simulation" by Baker, 2nd edition is better.

Razavi's analog book has a lot of insight.

u could also go for Allen and holberg...

For Modelling, Opamp, SC circuits - Allen Holberg
For single Ended amp - Razavi , GrayMeyer
Fully Differential Amps - GrayMeyer
For Data converters, Opamps, Comparators - Johns Martin
