1.2V for the core? 3.3 V for the I/O buffer?

I do have 90nm doc, no 65 nm. So, this is what I guess the voltage spec.

it has been given that the supply voltage Vdd is 1V in the 3rd paragraph....

for a tsmc techno:

CLN65G (cmos logic 65nm general purpose) : core 1V I/O pads 1.8 or 2.5V

65nm

VGO=1.2V
VGO2= 2.5V

45nm

VGO1=1.2V

VGO2=1.8V
