Hi,
Can anyone tell me what is the voltage VDD used for a 65 nm analog standard cell library and transistors.
Thanks.

65 nm Voltage

When we use 1.2 V and when 3.3 ? Please any destails.
Thanks.

1.2V for the core? 3.3 V for the I/O buffer?

Yes I need a Doc that prove this.

I do have 90nm doc, no 65 nm. So, this is what I guess the voltage spec.

Re: 65 nm Voltage

for a tsmc techno:

CLN65G (cmos logic 65nm general purpose) : core 1V I/O pads 1.8 or 2.5V

hope this helps

Re: 65 nm Voltage

what about the 45nm analog

Re: 65 nm Voltage

65nm

VGO=1.2V
VGO2= 2.5V

45nm

VGO1=1.2V

VGO2=1.8V
