Hello to everybody on this forum(newbie

I need your help with the following matter:
I 'm looking to order a power switch (on/off) controller over bluetooth. The object is to remotely start/stop an appliance through a mobile phone. I'll write the corresponding software for the mobile phone as a project to acquire my diploma. The problem is that i can't find over the net such a product.
Do you have any information about such products, or related companies? I'm mostly interested in an order inside the EU (especially Germany) if it is possible.
As my search hasn't beard any fruit i'm investigating the option of a bluetooth controller over RS232 and an RS232 power switch.. Any info-ideas on that?
