Is Proteus 6.7 SP3 can do 3D visual for PCB design?

I never see, but...

Protel 99 and Protel Altium, yes.
Altium protel have a 3D library models compliant to the Mechanical CAD, SolidWorks .

oh really? but I already install 6.7. I dont have installer for 7.1 version.
