Qestion about cadence

I made Biasing cell for bias PLL system and mu cell must be independent in:
1- Temperature.
2-supply.
3-process parameter.
I success to simulate my cell for 1 and 2 and the result is very beautiful but I don't know how to simulate my cell for process parameter?.

Plz any one know how, tell me quickly.

One more thing, PSRR is also very important

Yes I know it's corner analysis and I'm sure it has TT SS FF, but how can I make it in Cadence?

I think what hazemafify means for the second item is the PSRR, so its ok.
as to the corner analysis, it always relate itself to the foundry, you can change the process corner after the design kit provided by the foundry is fixed in your cadence.
