I need some information about the structure of Radar Power Amplifiers. Imagine that a 4 KW power amplifier is supposed to be implemented. How it should be down ? One way is that you splitt the main signal to 8 ways, then amplify each way with a power transistor such as SR401 and then combine the ways to make an amplified signal. I need more accurate information about it. If any book exist in this case, please let me know.
