Hi@all

I'm sitting here in Costa Rica and I tried to buy an Powerinverter.
But they don't have!
I'm Running 2 DELL PowerEdge Server and here in CR we are blessed with Power fall-outs between 1-2 hours.

I need 110V / 1000W for at least 1 hour. My idea is build an Inverter which is feeded by a Carbattery[12v or 24V input].

The common UPSs are fine but they have built-in batteries, I can't need it.
The Server should be connected permanently with the Inverter. While we don't have a power fall-out the batteries should be charged.

In case of a fall-out there should be a relay that switched the Inverter into the supply-mode thru batteries.

Do somebody have an Idea how to build or where to buy this?. I would apreciate a lot circuitdrawings and partlists or hints where to buy a Inverter like this?

thx in advance
saludos
