why ads 2006 only can work without any internet connection

recently, we got ads2006a and iccap 2006 with cracked files. However, they can work only at ip 127.0.0.1(localhost ip). if I try to connect to internet even using firewall to seperate lmtools, agileesoftd and lmgrd, the license can not start. Can you tell me how to sove it? thanks
