Hello,

I'm looking for 100nF,300nF and 1 uF capacitors for a circuit that will operate between 1 MHz and 30MHz.

What ar ethe best type of capacitors to use within this frequency range?

Thanks for your time

Cat

If your application is digital there are special capacitors for this kind.
If analog, and independent of temperature changes NPO.
If great stability, ceramic, tantalum HiQ are recomended.

I am used RF components from "EPCOS" and "BOURNS". It is a better look a datasheets from manufactures.
Best regards....
