Can I use PMOS resistor in simple invertor crystal oscillator?
It look like that the area of the PMOS resistor is smaller than WELL resistor.
what is the advantage and disadvantage in using PMOS resistor rather than other type resistor in simple invertor crystal oscillator.

Yes you can.
usually use a PMOS&NMOS trans-gate for better oparation point.
one of advantage is the dc path can be closed when osc is disable.
but care about latch-up problem when layout.
