Looking for AVR programmer schematic (Mega 16 and Mega 32)

AVR programmer

Any one has a AVR programmer schematic(mega 16 and mega 32 specially), whic software is better to use and better if is for the serial port.

I use this with PonyProg work fine for controllers you want to program.
