Assura RCX error: Bad return status

Hi everyone!

Can anyone explain to me why the rcx run failed and i get this error?

the following is the last statements of the log file with the warning and error.

i tried to run different extraction type with RCX (only C, only R and both) but doesn't change
I'm using ASSURA 4.14HF with Cadence IC 5.14

i have attach the log file of RCX run.

would appreciate if anyone can help me asap.
