I designed a pLL in ADIsimPLL using ADF41513. Of course, this IC is not available on the site (available on this software). Is it possible to use this IC?
If so, is there an equivalent for the IC?

I'm sure. I attach a screenshot of the software. This IC is available in the software introduced by Analog Device (ADIdimPLL), but is not available on the site (www.analog.com).

Apparently ADF41513 is a future product. Review Analog product selector for active PLL products. Highest frequency is about 18 GHz presently.
