sinewave inverter RMS and amplitude

As you can see in video sine wave inverter using 2 stage dc-dc using high frequency transformer then dc-ac using H-Bridge

the problem is AC voltage is low you can see it's 204v RMS although DC voltage 330v

how can increase amplitude , the duty cycle in degree 90 of since wave about 95% ,no change to increase it
 

330/sqrt(2) should give you around 230 volt RMS
If you are only getting 204 volts, then you are having LOTS OF LOSSES somewhere.
You need to figure it out first.
 

Whether your MOSFET's are getting excess heat ? If not you may try with 360V DC-DC output.
