Hello everyone.

A chip that has the following print on it:
"AC0008 AM 905".

Who manufactures it and how much it costs to buy?

My elder father got scammed by a bad man who told him that it is "the power supply" and that it costed 50 euros.
I would really appreciate your help so i can get his money back.
