hi,
please can any one help me to understand the pmos and nmos in finfet. In higher node pmos is twice of nmos in the mobility carrier, but in finfet both pmos and nmos mobility is same i.e., width.

Because

1) their "width" is mostly in the fin height, which is
not patterned - rather, uniformly deposited

2) you're using finfets to achieve density, and the fab
only wants to run one fin "width" (X-Y plane) to ensure
best litho capability.

So you get to balance integer quantities, instead of
freely drawn width.
