DSP Emulator Boards

Hi

Can somebody suggest a good DSP Emulator for PIC, ARM microcontrollers. Is there something like a universal emulator for both families of DSP chips.

arm and pic are microcontrollers! they are not dsp processors, if u need dsp emulators u can go for ti or analog dsp chips and get emulator for them.
