syncmaster 710n problem

Dear all, my Samsung LCD SyncMaster 710N problem like, when ON then show display for 1 second than a bright white screen continue, I tried again & again its same, showing display only for 1 sec-2 second than a bright white screen continue, any have idea please please help me to solve that problem.
