Hi,

I am looking for a CMOS current source that provides constant current while its voltage source changes between 0.7V to 2V. Any help would be so much appericiated!

Use deplete NMOS.

I don't have access to deplet nmos. I am new to analog design, is there any specific schematic that I can use?

Thanks.
