Dear all :
someone know how to simulation Mixer LO-RF in cadence?

thanks.

Sorry ,
In mixer simualtion , I want to simulation LO-RF feedthrough by cadence spectreRF.
But I don't know how to do it .I can't find this part simulation method in spectreRF manual . So I hope someone can help me .

thanks

mixer lo feedthrough

measure the gain @ RF side and PAC set in LO

u need to measure the LO power at the RF port , and compaere it to the LO power , u get the feedthrough

you mean broke RF input source and fed LO power run transient do FFT
and compare LO power at the RF port to LO power ?

if yes, I have do it , LO-RF feedthrough is ver small , you can see the attach file.

I don't think the result is right . Have any suggestion ?

thanks

I don't understand your means.
please describe more clear.

thanks

no , leave the circuit as it is , and measure the spectrum in the RF port and check if there is any LO freq or not

Now my environment setup is same as run conversion Gain using pss
and plot RF port to check if there is any LO freq .
Plot RF port RF amp is -60dbm , Lo amp is -260dbm ,
I don't think this result is right , because LO feedthrough is too small.
Do you have any suggestion ?

thanks.
