what to use to generate constant voltage
I have to give a small current input that goes into my bias circuit in the chip. The bias circuit is mainly a current mirror circuit. The current is quite small - 3.5uA.
also, some reference voltages need to be provided to the chip, which are 300mV and 2.9V.
What are the best way or good ways to do these?
any suggestion and answers are welcome. I am very noice in this business.
It seems that I can use a regulator to have voltage references. However, I am wonder if I can have desired voltage as I wish with voltage regulators. Also, with some resistors, can I have a current source that generate 3.5uA?
How about using a DAC to generate voltage reference?
