i was using a transformer with midpoint each primary have 120uH to get Mhz of frequency
i use 14nF but the output frequency is about 52khz what should i do to get MHz frequencies
There are more capacitances in parallel to the output transformer, C2 - C5 and transistor capacitances form the effective capacitance. You hardly reach MHz with the present dimensioning. Also consider that the total transformer inductance is 480 µH.
