Do you know of any hardware / applications in North America that uses the STB02100? If so let me know. It'll help in the search. I'm aware for the FTA uses.
There’s not many open forums on this subject, and in the one's that are I see you are listed already.

STB02100 ???

There is one forum, as I know .
They are working about ST20-ASM now !And all of the FTA-STB in there use STB02100 and nothing anout it too !

In the Macraigor site, is specify with "wiggler" do not support PPC 4xx!!
