can pic18f4550 be used at 3.3v with usb?

can i use pic18f4550 at 3.3v i need its usb functionality also.

the PIC18F4550 cannot operate in 3.3V. you should use 18LF4550, it can operate up to 4MIPS in 3V.
 
No. The PIC18F4550 is not rated to operate below 4.2V.

The PIC18LF4550 is rated to operate below 4.2V, however the operating frequency drops drastically below 4.2V.

The USB port supplies 4.2 to 5 V DC, so you can use the 18F4550 at this range as the minimum operating voltage is 4.2 V (with brownout disabled).

But why would you want to use 3.3 V for USB application ??
