Hi, does anyone here know a simple schematic for building an AC voltage to current converter? The output needed does not really need to be very high 2mA pk to pk is all I need. The input voltage will be coming from a function generator. Thanks for the help.

The problem isn't exactly clear. The most simple voltage to current converter is a resistor, however.

Hi,
**broken link removed**

is also be done by connecting series inductor between supply and load

Refer to AN-31 on national semiconductor website. The simple bilateral voltage to current works for currents< 25ma.
