Hey guys...

I have obtained a series of measured digital data from logic analyzer.

May I know if anyone of you has the matlab script, or know how to get the SNR of my ADC using Matlab?

Hi,
You can check the reference "Software Defined Radio A Modern Approach to Radio Engineering", Jeffrey H.Reed.
It contains all you need to calculate SNR for an ADC, chapter 5.
