Toshiba Satelite M200 Hanging problem

hi

I have a Toshiba Satelite M200 laptop when i Power on it after sometime it hangs anywhere screen white. i have change its Ram, H.d.d and dvd rom also but problem same.
Pl give me solutions
 

since u said it hangs with white screen in tht screen can u c see the mouse icon or desktop screen?
 

NO when the screen is white i cant see the mouse icon only white screen and many times it show blue screen.
 

Since you change the RAM, HDD.
Then it seems to be problem related to drivers.

Update windows from windows update, install the latest drivers from toshiba website.
or
when the system hangs, reboot:
Go to safe mode, view system logs hopefully you'll be able to track the application hanging the system.

(on a personal note, I too have an M200. I do get this sort of problem time to time. Hint is buggy wifi hardware used, and driver issues with display card)
 

If you wanna discard hardware problems and see if your problems are drivers, use an Ubuntu Live CD, just put it inside, use it, and if your computer doesn't hangs up, then it's a drivers problem, if still hangs with Ubuntu Live CD, then it's a hardware problem, maybe from the motherboard.
 

It hang many time when i install windows
 

First have a look at the system log application/event causing problem.

Change the medium of installation, means if you have one CD/DVD try installing from another
With toshiba it is normally the display driver or the wifi causing these problems.

Its work fine in battery power but freeze after 2-3 min when i plug in ac adapter .

This section is very hot when i power on my laptop
