I want to design low cost 150W (25V,6A) power supply from 115V I/P. I am able to come up with fly-back converter design using TOP261 from PI. Is there any other cost effective way of design available or can you add few tips to make existing design cost effective?View attachment TOP261.bmp

I tried with Texas switch-pro option. but TI parts are limited to I/p voltage <60V. while my requirement is 115V & 1.9A A/C I/P. so after conversion from AC to DC with diode bridge rectifier, DC O/p will be >100V which Ti parts can not handle.

Hi Manoj,

You can Use St Micro L6599 resonant converter IC.
You can find a 400Watts desing from this link.
