electric brush test for some resistor measurements

hello all , i need help ... how can i measure the transition resistance between brush and braid , that use in alternator ?
Specified values are between 27 and 63 mOhm for 4-point measurements between the braid and the top of the brush, where it contacts the slipring of the alternator.

Hi all

I work in a company that makes electromedical equipments. To be aproved all of our products must pass a series of tests, EMC, insulation(4KV), mechanical and ground connection resistance as well. The resistance must be in the range of mili Ω. To measure this we use a equipment that forces a current of about 60A
pass through the ground connections and the equipment measures the voltage across the ground circuit and calculate the resistance R=U/I.
