Does anyone know where I can get the solutions manual for
Fundamentals of Statistical Signal Processing by Kay?

This solution is easily found on gigapedia.org or esnips.com.
I think this book is by Hayes, last year i found the book as well as the solution

I checked both sites and neither had the solutions manual, does anybody else have any ideas?

does anyone know where I can find the manual mentioned above (Hayes) ? if somebody knows,please send me a pm.
