how can i get a goup of curves of Ids with the Vgs and Vds varied at the same time!

I think you need to use the "parametric set" simulation in which case, u can give vary Vgs and Vds simultaneously.

it's hard ,so far as I know.Use parametric simulation only provide you the same result as a diode connection simulation

You get a diode curve by using one DC supply.
You get the full Mosfet curves by using two supplies, one on the drain and the other on the gate, and stepping both of them. The inner stepping loop controls the drain supply, the coarser loop steps the Vgs.

its good to use parametric analysis.

tools - analyze , there you can sweep another param..

thank you very much!i think i have solved the problems by use the parametric analysis.
