boortstrapped switch work with 1source 1.8v

Dear friends

i am looking to design bootstrapped switch for T&H i.8v, i need some we was design it guide me to finish design the switch(at least give me some guide lines), i have find many papers but in fact the result of my work is not good and the sizes were big, more than 100/0.18u, and the capacitors more than 6 pF(same the below).

The paper by Dessouky in JSSC 2001, these two papers:

And the Abo thesis (Berkeley, 1999) are useful materials.

thank u so much, but Dessouky in JSSC 2001 has to sources Vdd, Vss. so i tried to design it with one source but i got no success, any way also the circuit above has problem the size of capacitors so big more than 6 pF and still diffecult for me to get 2vdd in N1,
