Does your last propic software has 16F88 in the available PIC list ?
If yes, choose the PIC16F88, load the hex file, connect your PIC in programmer socket or the ICSP (programming connector) to your target PIC board and press burn button.
If you don't have PIC16F88 in your list, download http://www.ic-prog.com set the parallel programmer as propic2, select PIC16F88, load the hex file, connect the pic and burn it.

the problem is i tried too many times this way but it failed , so please another brilliant idea
