Allops....I need some note for semiconductior/ic design work flow process..i need to know the process coz i got an interview with NEC semiconductor next week...plz help me...very appreciate if u have pdf file format...TQ very much....

It is nice if you have some DfT knowledges and know a little about the testers.
 

what do you mean for DfT knowledges..really need ya alll help...
 

try to go through this document to understand about DFT.
