Hello
in the noise summary after pnoise simulation , what that mean:

DEVICE I15.M3.rg
param rn

M3 is a mosfet transistor, so what is rg and rn???
 

rg is a gate resistor

rn means that the noise you get is due to a physical resistor ( the gate resistor )
