hello
in RF CMOS i have W ,L ,nf & m
what is the best way of changing them
L=Lmin
nf=nfmax...!
W=Wmin and m= variable ??
or W= W variable ?.....
thanks

I dont exactly understand the question but if the question is which is better to change Width or Number of fingers, my answer would be both. Keeping the unit width a constant change both width and number of fingers (i.e W/nf=constant).

Lmin, and combining the W and the number of fingers you can layout a large transistor in RF.

Let me find an article about this, i have not found yet :D

Thank you all
i wanted a straight forward way to fix one parameter and use the other in a fast way
as my small knowledge it's better to use large no of fingers
with minimum Width ....?

thanks again.
