May I know why are you inerested in a version which has been largely updated / improved?

Whatever you could run in that version could be done in MPLAB 7.30, if not better.

If you decide to download the last one go to Microchip's site. There is the version 7.31 as well which is a beta one.
 

Thank you for your replays. Pic simulator IDE has some special GUI tools like scope, LCD, Signal Generator, etc.. wich is not available in MPlab. There is newer versions of the same availavble. still I need the old version. The reason cannot be published here. anyway I got the file. thanks all for your support.

PIC simulator IDE comes with a basic compiler. For that MPLAB is not a match!
