1. Does anyone have any experience with branchline hybrid couplers that split the output into unequal levels?

2. What are some references?

3. What happens to the (isolation, 90 degree, amplitude error) bandwidth as the split ratio departs from -3 dB each output?

Hi

Simulate branch line needed and you will have all answers.

Regards

Hi,

I don't have any experience personally with unequal power split, but have this paper on a topic, hope this might help.
