I have taken apart solar garden light. It is very simple: 2 transistors, 3 resistors, 1 LED, and one diode, and one small solar panel. I am trying to dekode parts. can anyone help me identify parts?!?

2 transistors "L6"
resistors : "1003", "1502" and "2001"
asd diode SS14

What are those?????

The two transistors can be general purpose transistors so can replaced by any common transistors.

For resistors, better use a multimeter to get their values.

Diode can be ordinary signal diode.

Better show your traced schematic of the board.

Those are surface mount devices. For the resistor, as a general rule, values are calculated like 'XXXY' where 'XXX' is 3 number, times 10^Y.

So, for example, "1003" give 100 times 10^3 (1000), giving 100*1000, giving 100K.

"1502" give 150 x 10^2 (100), giving 150*100, giving 15K.

And "2001" give 2K.

For the transistor, the markings depend of the manufacturer. For example, for NEC, 'L6' is a 2SC1623 transistor. It is a general purpose NPN audio-frequency transistor. Similar to 2N2222 or 2N3904.

And, similarily 'SS14' is a 40 V, 1 A, schottky diode.
