2-stage fully diff opamp

Hi
I m designing a 2 stage fully differential telescopic cascaded amplifier

what will be the dc o/p at the first stage such that i will get max swing at the second stage?
is it required that the o/p of first stage is at the centre of the powersupply voltage??
if not what will be the voltage that required!!!!

thanks in advance

Re: 2-stage fully diff opamp

i m also having the same doubt
can anyone plz help us

Re: 2-stage fully diff opamp

If I am not mistaken you should have your o/p at the center to gain max swing. Otherwise you will have clipping. In what technology do you design your opamp? Is it an analog design or is it a school project? Maybe I have a ready made on eto show you...

Re: 2-stage fully diff opamp

Hi

First, I'm a newbe designer but I would help you with the next tips

-There is something called CMFB which regulate the dc output at the second stage
It's escencial for a good design using dual output!!!

-The DC output in the first stage should provide the current to the second stage. After that, the DC output will be adjusted with a offset voltage at the input to provide the middle between the suplies. Take care because is escencial the CMFB in the circuit.
