can anyone explain to me why is this the output?

help! i don't understand why this is the output.

Because the circuit/program is not sending the correct codes, I expect.

Without seeing more, that's all that can be said.
 
1) Because you're not programming it correctly?
2) Because that IS what you're programming it to do?
3) Because it's broken?
4) Because you were bad in a former life?
 
I would suspect the designer :wink:

Is this something you have built or programmed, or is it an existing piece of equipment that previously worked?
 

found the program on the net then changed a bit in the output pinnings to have a neat routing in the pcb.
 

Would you care to give us any more information? Like, what kind of processor? Did you assign proper direction to your I/O when you changed pins? Have you looked at signals with an oscilloscope?
 

it's a pic16f877a, and i don't have an oscilloscope(still a student).

Can we see your (modified) schematic, and the code with your modifications highlighted?

That might help...
