Hello
we have telephone that doesn't have any problem we tested it at home and then bring it to office but when we connect it to line it doesn't ring when somebody telephone to our offcie?but all option works properly. and we tested it again at home.the line is correct and we talked to the telecommunication office and they say our line is correct.

what's wrong with it?

The usual national telephone network is two wire and the "ring" tone is a 110V 20HZ sinewave. In domestic wiring the two wires are carried through to the handset and one wire is taken through a .2MF capacitor which is now the ringing circuit. It is arranged this way else the phone will tinkle when the receiver is put back on the cradle. So what arrangement has your internal exchange got for the ringing tone? - could be any thing? Could just be that the ringing circuit is connected to a differewnt pin on the connector.

Does the office have a system which assigns a code to each telephone? And sends a custom ring signal to only that phone, using the individual code?

PBX comes to mind, or something like it. I don't know details.

Hello
Thanks all
i check the line voltage in normal mode is approximately 48 and when i telephone to the line it change to 53Volt instead of more than 100Volt 8-O it seems the telecommunication office doesn't work properly.

Does you office have a PBX? Most likely it does, and it may well use different phone wiring. For example, it may be putting ringing on a third wire,
rather than the home 2-wire convention. You'd probably have to search for the specs for the wiring for the PBX/key system that your office uses.
If you have structured cabling in your office, then there will be an RJ45 adapter under your desk most likely, to connect between the cabling and the
phone. You need to check it is the correct adapter, because there are at least 3 kinds - PSTN master, PSTN secondary, PBX. You need to
use the correct one (most likely PBX).
