    how to test the bandwidth of OTA

    I've tape out an OTA, now want to test the bandwidth of it, just use oscilloscope,but the input load of oscilloscope is very big which will affect the bandwidth of OTA, can anyone give me any suggestion how to test it , thanks very much!

    problem is ads system simulation

    i am using DF and Envelope together to simulate RF_front (SDC_AMFA_Cosim) and DSP, but i find out that while i change the parameters such as S21, NF in (SDC_AMFA_Cosim) , the result of the whole system do not change, such as demodulated output signal amplititute, it really puzzle me!

    the transceiver is half duplex, 5mA should cover the 300kbps download or 1Mbps upload. Here the image problem could be ignored. So i think i will choose FSK low IF and one mixer structure to minimize power.
