When i was open this RF attenuator thats a lot of carbon and covered all brass of connector....:?:
How many carbon they must put into it?
The scale of this RF attenuator its about 12x12x12 cm³.

Yes, for double side PCB it it possible to build a PCB.
But how about a single side PCB?
Build A lot of layer / multilayer on single side PCB like on industrial factory.
I wondering, how they can made it?
