I am a student.I want to study bandgap reference.I can get CMOS spice parameters from MOSIS.com.But how can i get parameters of lateral BJT which are compatible with CMOS process?
I want to design a CMOS bandgap circuit.So I have to use PMOS to form the diode(the diode 3 in the figure).But how can i simulate this diode?Can i use only source node and bulk node to form a diode(just as in figure) and put this diode in my circuit directly?I have done a simulation of this...

i am reading the book 'CMOS analog circuit design'written by Allen.on the page 457 table8.22.why all the CMOS is in saturation when comparator's parameters are calculated.In my opinion the CMOS in second stage must be in triode rigion.

Is it necessary to design common-mode feedback for any amplifier? In some books common-mode feedback is used in two inputs two outputs amplifier.what about other types?

i find that the theory about quantization error is difficult to comprehend.Shall I really need to understand all theories on quantization error if i want to design sigma delta converters.
