You can hand-made one easily as only port list is requited. Follow some other .lib for the syntax. You can also compile it in dc_shell, it would flag error on no library complier license but can be ignored for port-list only .db .
May I ask the edaboard community to suggest a low-price 8051 In-circuit emulator?
However I need the SFR buses and memory bus for ASIC design. The 8051 I'm planning to use is DesignWare 8051 from synopsys. Thanks!
You can get it from Denali (need money, however). I think you/your company have to be a member of SD association before they would give you the actual model.

You 'll need a library-compiler license to convert .lib to a .db with functional description. However for black-box translation with timing parameter only, the error message complaining no LC license can be ignored. The .db still works, who cares....
