well I never thought of trying this LED for advertisment project simply because my application although uses LED it is somehow different and more complex I think. as I seid above it is a 3 8x8 independent matrix .

What comes after an IC layout, I don't quite get the picture....
for example If I ought to design a NOR gate, after I layed with cadence or mentor, what are the other steps to get the physical product? will different layout yeld different result?
(I am an RF guy)...
Does anyone know which IC layout software do big companies (intel, AMD, Motorola, IBM etc) use when they layout their chip?
perhaps any of these (Silicon Canvas Laker, Mentor IC Station, Cadence Virtuoso)
