I need the ICT file to generate the QRC Technology File using Techgen for power analysis.
I am wondering if the ICT file is usually provided by the technology vendor or I need to create the file manually? or it can be converted from another file?

I got my power report from primetime as follows, and I dont know why the glitching power is 0.
My design is a large combination circuit, so there should be some power consumed by glitching.
Do I miss something during generating the report? or how can I get the glitching power reported...
